Soulful Yoga was born from a deep, personal transformation. During my training in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, I was profoundly inspired by the teachings of the BhagavatGita, Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga (Ashtanga Yoga).
These ancient principles, passed down through the lineage of great masters beginning with Adi Yogi, made me realize Yoga’s true power—not just as physical practice, but as a holistic system to heal, grow and cultivate equanimity.
This experience inspired me to create a space where others could access the same depth and healing—where yoga is lived, not just practiced.
